Worst service - will avoid all Lithia now. I took my Nissan vehicle to the dealership believing that they were experts in servicing my vehicle, a Nissan Cube. They claimed they would fix the v I took my Nissan vehicle to the dealership believing that they were experts in servicing my vehicle, a Nissan Cube. They claimed they would fix the vehicle and call me with a quote for 4 new tires. After having the vehicle 5 hours, they never called. After I called them, they told me they fixed it for free, and the tires were not available. After I arrived, they told me they Did NOT fix it at all, and that the tires were not available. The next day, I took the vehicle to GoodGuys, they fixed the problem right away with a part that was readily available from local parts suppliers, and I bought the tires from them. Nissan Service lied to me about my vehicle, which my wife uses to drive treacherous mountain roads and it is very important that it is safe to drive. I will never return to any Lithia business, and I will tell everyone I know not to use them or their affiliates. If this can happen to me, it can happen to anyone. This is their business practice for their customers. I cannot afford to be lied to about my vehicle. More
Bad day I normally have a good experience here but this was terrible. I pulled in and there were 3 cars behind me. All 3 of them were helped and their cars taken while I sat there and waited. I interrupted some else getting helped before me and was told to wait. When I finally was helped I added that I also needed an additional service but was told I couldn’t because I didn’t mention it when I made the appointment but I made the appointment by phone and was told to just tell them when I show up. I was furious and of course started to act up. Staff was courteous but not helpful. Oil change was timely I guess. More

Great service My wife and I were on our way to Disneyland with her parents when the transmission starting giving us problems on a Saturday we called and talked to J My wife and I were on our way to Disneyland with her parents when the transmission starting giving us problems on a Saturday we called and talked to Joe and he said to bring it in. So we didn't have to wait they put us in a rental and were able to continue on our trip the car needed a transmission they ordered it and installed it in a manner of days and was ready when we were on our way home! I went around and around with the salesman who seemed rather inexperienced. When I finally got him to get the manager, the manager told him to get it done. So, after everything, I did get the service done for which I had made my appointment. More
