Great customer service at L, disappointed in Nissan warranty Joe was great, I got right in, they diagnosed the problem and called with the solution. Fixed my ac and was done same day!! Great job Joe However, I was disappointed in the so called "bumper to bumper warranty" that Nissan pushes when you buy their truck. I've had other brand vehicles where the warranty covers everything, except maintenance issues. This was not maintenance, it was a manufacturing defect at 49k miles. BEWARE of the "bumper to bumper" warranty More

Very thorough & informative, worth the travel I bought my car here at Lithia, Fresno soon after retired and moved to the Central Coast. I won’t take my car anywhere else for servicing or repairs. At 5 I got a call about my car, Jason service person was very nice-the manager was not trained in how to speak to an upset person and needs to work on that skill. More
