New battery I called the service department to make an appointment and they told me that I could not get in that day, I explained that I had to jump start my car I called the service department to make an appointment and they told me that I could not get in that day, I explained that I had to jump start my car so they told me I could bring it right in. When I pulled up Jason walked up to me, asked me if I had an appointment, I said no, I had to jump start my car so I left it running for you guys Incase it won’t start back up. He told me to sit in his office, he didn’t say much when he was typing on his computer and I said, I feel like I just got a new battery from you guys not that long ago. He looked and said it was 2/17. I said, that’s like 2 years, that’s not normal, I’ve had to change my battery several times ever since I have had this car. He told me that it’s because of where we live, the climate goes from extreme hot to extreme cold and that will affect your battery. I thought, that’s funny, my car is in a garage and I’ve lived in Fresno my entire life and I’ve never had to change my battery as much as I have after buying a Nissan. He asked me if I’d be waiting, I said yes, he sent me to the waiting area. An hour and a half later Mike called me and said I needed a new battery, I told him I’ve been waiting in the waiting room, how much longer, he told me 20 minutes. An hour and a half later I see my car, it’s done but still no one has come to get me, I sat there for 20 minutes, then I walk out to where the offices are, I stand there for a couple of minutes and my phone rings, it’s Nissan to tell me my car is ready, for the 3rd time, I’m here at Nissan waiting! For almost 4 hours I waited, Jason was unfriendly, unwelcoming and must think I’m stupid. It doesn’t help that I hate my car, and I have to come in and receive horrible service on top of it. More

My appointments have been kept at the requested times and even just dropping in without an appointment on 2 occasions has gotten me great service. On able to fix my car I have had a problem with my display and have never been able to see my Clock or my radio display. I’ve had them look at it several times and no one I have had a problem with my display and have never been able to see my Clock or my radio display. I’ve had them look at it several times and no one can figure out what is wrong. Now they’re telling me since my warranty is up, I’ll have to pay $199 to have someone just look at it again and see if they can figure it out. So I just live without ever having a Clock in my car. I I tried to talk to the service manager about it and all he did was argue with me. Horrible attitude. I brought the car in for an oil change they called me and said that there was a nail in the tire and they were going to fix it. But the very next day the tire went completely flat. It was on a Friday and they said there was nothing they could do. And I couldn’t bring it in on Saturday because there wasn’t a manager there to approve a warrantee tire purchaseAnd there is no one else available to be able to make that approval. So I have to wait until Monday and take another day off of work just to take care something that they did wrong again. My visits at Nissan are always frustrating. More
