Car was towed in & serviced the same day Mike was very helpful & kept me updated on my car. My car was towed in around 11am and got it back with in a few hours. Fast oil change...! Joe at Lithia Nissan Fresno got my car in fast for an oil change. It was a last-minute request on Saturday, but he moved some things around and still Joe at Lithia Nissan Fresno got my car in fast for an oil change. It was a last-minute request on Saturday, but he moved some things around and still was able to get me in. I was still able to go out of town that weekend ! Joe and his co-workers always make an effort to get my family in and out of there fast and always let us know what the car really needs to have done, and what can wait ... true professional.
