Best service ever from a Nissan Dealership My family and I have been Nissan customers for 30 years & we currently own four Nissans (Armada, 350Z, Sentra x2) We are very loyal to your brand... My family and I have been Nissan customers for 30 years & we currently own four Nissans (Armada, 350Z, Sentra x2) We are very loyal to your brand... I was just passing through Fresno when I had a tire issue that could not be resolved easily .... fortunately I found this dealership online and they not only met, but exceeded my expectations! I was in and out within an hour ( thank you Mike and Serena) kept up-to-date on the status of my car, & got my car back on time with zero issues and complete professionalism( thank you Tanner)... to say that I am satisfied would be an understatement; if I ever have car issues I hope they are in, or within 100 miles of Fresno! I cannot recommend this dealership enough I just wish that they would open a branch in Southern California. More

I tried to bring a resolution through my discussion with service manager , Mr Larry Kirby at no avail . What differentiates him from his employees, is the ability to make managerial decisions , in which he lacks. I was charged needlessly & excessively, when the service should have been covered under warranty . Clients are ambassadors at large and need to treated as such . More
