Bad attitude and lack of information I was told my truck would be ready at 245. Your driver picked me up at 230 and brought me to the service center where I continued to wait for over an I was told my truck would be ready at 245. It seemed that the advisors were more concerned with their personal issues than that of the customer. Very disappointed in all aspects of this ordeal. More

Not happy with effort given I needed a vent that was not blowing in my backseat fixed. It sits right beside the other one. I mean there may be an inch between them if that! I purchased an extended warranty on my car that will be expiring soon. I was told that a whole new "part" would need to be replaced (which included the working side and motor). After being told I had purchased the "Gold" warranty I was told the repair was NOT covered. How can that be? Ok I understand how warranties work. My complaint is that I believe the mechanic could have REPAIRED it if not always opting to replace the whole darn thing! And I have my beliefs why they do that which involves somebody making money off me!!! I have a warranty that fixed a clunky window sound (that could have been lived with) but can't fix a vent that keeps my family warm in the winter and cool in the hot hot summers of Fresno! Oh the cost I was asked to pay was over $200.00 and I ended up being charged $80.00 for service I didn't get, but was told I was being given a deal because it could have $160.00. Thanks alot. More
