Bad customer service So went to Lithia Nissan to get my oil changed almost 2 hours I waited for my car. I asked at an hour and 15 minutes how long my car would take. The guy comes out and says that my car hasn't even been taken to the back yet you haven't even looked at it. That would be another 30 to 40 minutes 45 minutes later I get my car never take your car here. More

Recall on my rear view camera The young that greeted me in the service Dept had little to no interest in on what I was telling him about my car & another issue I had with Nissan . The young that greeted me in the service Dept had little to no interest in on what I was telling him about my car & another issue I had with Nissan . I asked to speak to a manager , I saw him & another young lady staring at me but never called anyone, I walked over to the sales dept . & talked to Frank the person that sold us the 2019 Rouge . He helped me immediately with the problem . I walked back to the service department & the same young man walk over to me & said the service dept don’t handle those issues. I politely answered Frank has taken care it thank you . He then walked me to his office in the service area & helped me with the recall on my car More
