I have never bought a vehicle from a car dealership before; it was always from a family or a friend that I trust. Everyone always talks about their horrific experience buying a car because of pushy sal before; it was always from a family or a friend that I trust. Everyone always talks about their horrific experience buying a car because of pushy salesman or overpriced vehicles. So, I didn’t know if I was going to find a good deal. I had a PT cruiser at the time and I loved it. Even though I enjoy my time with my PT, I wish it had a better gas mileage and a better vehicle rating. My husband and I are thinking of starting a family, so we decided to get a family car with good safety ratings. I always heard great things about the Nissan Altima. Adam Fosdick, my salesman contacted me about a 2009 Nissan Altima with only a little over 20,000 miles. I thought this will be the perfect car for us. We went for a test drive and I absolutely fell in love with the car. At first we were a little worried about the affordability of the vehicle, but Adam made the process painless. I have educational employee credit union and they always send me great deals about financing a vehicle through their newsletters. They were advertising 1.99% APR, so we thought this will be a great deal. However, ECCU only offer the low interest rate if you set up automatic monthly payments and other restrictions. So, we decided to go with Lithia, they actually check with all the banks and they found a great rate for us without all the extra restrictions. We have pretty good credit, so we didn’t think we would have problems financing, but Lithia found a low rate of 2.14% and ECCU was going to give us 2.24% even if we set up automatic payment with them. Adam helped me through the whole process of purchasing my vehicle. He made sure that I was happy with this car. It was nice to know someone was looking out for me. We went for a long test drive and he also went over all the functions of the vehicle. Adam was very friendly and the negotiation was comfortable. He wasn’t pushy, he took the time to explain everything and the whole process was effortless. I remember contacting Adam few months later after my purchase for help with my Altima. He was very patient and he was able to answered all my questions and concern. He also helps me connect my phone with my Atima through Bluetooth. Overall, it was an awesome experience and great customer service. I will definitely recommend him to my family and friends. More

Lithia Nissan of Fresno would not warranty a major engine problem on my 07 Nissan Quest. I had bought the extended warranty when I bought the van, this gave me a 100,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty. The v problem on my 07 Nissan Quest. I had bought the extended warranty when I bought the van, this gave me a 100,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty. The van is now at 94,000 miles, and the engine is knocking. I took it to the service center, they said that nissan wanted pictures of the engine. They would take pics. and send them to nissan. If nissan covered the repair they would charge me for the pics., but if nissan did not cover it Lithia would charge me $450 to take the pics. I had a bad feeling they were going to not warranty the engine so I said no to the pics. Don't go to Lithia, their warranty is not worth the paper it is written on. More
