Kirk Kirkland, the Salesman, and Mitch Gill the Sale Manager were professional and excellent to work with. They presented an offer which we thought was fair. Our experience with Lithia's service department was a major deciding factor influencing our purchase. There are several service representatives, but our experience is that Brandon Pandukt. is the best. He is customer oriented, actively listens, and effectively communicates work to be done and was done. We have never been surprised by work done, or cost of services. More
