One of a kind!!! It was my first time here, have been to other dealers for service on my the vehicle. The Nissan service center was one of a kind!!! The only thing tha It was my first time here, have been to other dealers for service on my the vehicle. The Nissan service center was one of a kind!!! The only thing that needs some looking into, would be the after hours pick-up. I was not able to pick-up my vehicle before they closed. I was informed that they could leave my keys with the sales department since they are open a bit longer. I agreed..when I get there there was a lot of sales personnel everywhere expected at the front desk. So I'm there waiting and they see me but not one of them asked why I was there or if I needed help. I was the one who had to approach one of them...which by the way weren't busy. So that is my only dislike. More

Awesome Customer Service I rather pay a little extra and bring my car to the dealership for service. Excellence I traded in my 2017 Maxima for a new 2019 truck! I wanted a payment that was in my budget! The Sales Rep Andrew Tijerina was really good! Oil Change Took my Maxima for an oil change. Carlos greeted me right away! He was very nice and very helpful! He took care of me right away! I had a couple of Took my Maxima for an oil change. I had a couple of other issues with my car that were getting taken care of as well since I was already there for the oil change. Carlos advised me what the warranty would and wouldn't cover and how much I had to pay out of my pocket. I was there for a couple of hours BUT Carlos made sure to check in on me periodically to advise the status of my vehicle and what they were working on so far. I appreciated that very much! Besides, they have flavored coffee, water, Wifi and a TV. What more can you ask for! More
