Just like any other dealership So they had the car I wanted. I ended up buying it but it was a pain playing the dealer games. Shuttle service I understand the shuttle service is a courtesy however, the driver didn't show up until 7:45, he didn't bother asking anyone if they had to be to work I understand the shuttle service is a courtesy however, the driver didn't show up until 7:45, he didn't bother asking anyone if they had to be to work or an appointment. I was the only one that had to be to work, everyone else went home. I was the last to be dropped off AMD didn't get to work until 9:00. It was a cold morning. The driver had the ac on while wearing a jacket and it was cold. The service center did wonderful, but the shuttle was awful. More
