Disappointed I was told to have an oil change without an apt could take 2 to 4 hours. So I made an appointment and arranged my day around this appointment. With I was told to have an oil change without an apt could take 2 to 4 hours. So I made an appointment and arranged my day around this appointment. With an apt I was told the oil change will be completed in an hour to an hour and a half. After an hour and a half my car was Not even looked at! In addition, Poor customer service. I had to leave.
