Scheduled a test drive for the following day. Explained to the Sales Manager "A" that it'll take me 2.5 hours to get there. Arrived today only to be told the truck has been sold the day prior. No communication at all and wasted 5 hours of driving and not to mention my gas. Least he could of done was offer me a gas card and breakfast. Very unprofessional and bad business. And to top it off I receive an email saying the truck is still available. Are you joking. I called the dealer afterwards and the receptionist tells me it's available. But when I informed her the Manager "A" said it had been sold she said she will look into it and call me back. Guess what, No call back. Needless to say I won't be coming back here. My opinion the truck very well could have been there and they're trying to hold it for someone else. I find it very suspicious he pulled out a set of truck keys from the key box and said let me go get the truck. Only to take 20 minutest and then say it was sold. Go figure. More
