Had my truck serviced under warranty What a crock of #*%~ the warranty is! This place not only replaced the whole part do to a plastic clip breaking it was not covered under my warranty d What a crock of #*%~ the warranty is! The warranty center mislead me and told me I had to tow the car to a Lithia dealer, 94 mi from my home. They did not cover the tow. They also gave the truck back without vacuuming the truck, heater vent hanging down under steering column. So unhappy with the whole experience. Guys in service department were very nice but what a crap company. More

Happy with the Rogue I really like the 16 Rogue I purchased from Lithia Nissan. The only thing I can say I would have liked to change with my experience is dealerships al I really like the 16 Rogue I purchased from Lithia Nissan. The only thing I can say I would have liked to change with my experience is dealerships always ask How the customer can do to meet the customers parameters of the deal. You would think the dealership would do more adjustments on their end to meet the customers parameters. I understand that they need a profit but sometimes i think they can help the customer a little more. All in all I am happy with my deal and my Rogue. Thank you PS. Best buying experience I have ever had. Not your typical run We were looking for a specific make and model and found it on the internet. After a phone call with the sales department, we decided to drive there... We were looking for a specific make and model and found it on the internet. After a phone call with the sales department, we decided to drive there... It was a 3 hr drive from Longview, WA. Upon arrival we were greated and recieved nothing but the best experience weve ever had at a car lot. Everyone from the General Manager, Sales Manager, Finance Manager, Salesman and Lot Attendants were all wonderful. The experience was so Great we will contact them when we are in the market again and will glady drive 3 hrs to do business with them. I will recomend them to everyone. It is worth the drive!! More
