Courteous employees I recently took my Versa Note in for an oil change. I was able to get in fairly quickly with no appointment. The attendant explained when I asked about this that some customers were very particular about who washes their car and so they don't do this unless it is requested. I asked for my car to be washed and 10 minutes later it was out in the parking lot waiting for me, shiny, cleaned, and washed ! Thanks! More

Your service folks are outstanding in my opinion, they told me the tires needed rotation and an oil change was due. We left the car and walked to Slocum, and when we returned the car was done except for the courtesy washing which was underway. We really appreciate your commitment to your customers. More
