Very Satisfied! Lithia Nissan of Eugene is one of the best dealerships I am familiar with and I have had several, from Oldsmobile (remember?) to Honda. Especially wo Lithia Nissan of Eugene is one of the best dealerships I am familiar with and I have had several, from Oldsmobile (remember?) to Honda. Especially worth noting is JJ Lawson, one of the service advisors. He goes above and beyond his job description. He "fits me in" with my busy schedule, has a car available when mine is in service, has my truck washed when it is dirty, drives my truck out of its "tight" parking space, and replaces the missing tire valve caps. As I waited for JJ is complete the replacements for the valve caps, another, customer commented how they (husand and wife) appreciated JJ as well.
