Absolutely awesome experience Inbox; Sent Items I have never been treated with MORE respect as a person, or a Inbox; Sent Items I have never been treated with MORE respect as a person, or a customer, then when I got to Lithia Nissan yesterday, after my wife & I left the other dealership across town. Ricardo Mora (our sales person) had a good working knowledge of the Dodge trucks I wanted to see, & really took the time to find out my needs. As well as teach me how to use the new features on the truck, that I was not use to. We found the perfect truck for my wife & I there, (the 2010 Inferno Red Ram 1500 Quad Cab 4X4 w/34k less miles), (then the truck deal I had going on at the other dealership, that wasted 3 WEEKS of my time) & with the help of Dennis the Finance manager, they had my truck, approved & financed through my pre-approved lender (that I wanted the whole time, from the other dealer), & Dennis had it all done before my wife & I sat down in his finance office. We are very happy that we found Lithia Nissan on car guru's. Turns out my nephew bought his car at Lithia Nissan 4 yrs ago, & we didn't even know it until we brought our new truck home for him to see.
