felt stranded I brought my car in for it's regular oil change. Since i didn't want to wait I dropped it off in the morning before work, I was given a courtesy rid I brought my car in for it's regular oil change. Since i didn't want to wait I dropped it off in the morning before work, I was given a courtesy ride to work. Now given I had dropped off my car and had no transportation that day I was extremely disappointed that I wasn't picked up from work at the end of the day so I could pick up my car. That makes no sense. I asked the driver who gave me the ride to work and he got off work before I needed picked up, he got off at 4:00 and I couldn't leave earlier than 4:30 and he did not offer any solution. I thought I could find my own ride from a coworker but others had things to do and places to be and at the end of the day just want to go home. Otherwise, as far as I can tell, all went well. More

Left air filter cover unlatched more than once! Be careful and check your engine compartment every time you get oil service. I have an 05 Altima that has life oil change on it. It seems to me that they take less care while servicing older cars. The first time my mechanic discovered that the air filter compartment was not secure and today I had my oil changed and checked when I was at Safeway and sure enough it was unlatched again! About 8 years ago the oil pan cap came off and all our oil drained out while we were on a trip. Nissan paid for the services, but still they need to make sure they take the same care while servicing older vehicles. I paid for the lifetime oil change service and I shouldn't have to stress every time I take it there. More
