The only suggestion I would make is the chairs in the waiting area were very low to the ground, and do make it difficult for older customers to get back up out of them. They were comfortable, just hard to rise up out of them without help. Every person I dealt with treated me as if my concerns were valid and important. A very pleasant dealership to do business with in spite of the low chairs. I am unable to remember individual names of service personnel due to a previous brain injury.
