(without saying any names)..As soon as I Walked in the front door at Ames Lithia Nissan , Immediately I was greeted by Brian Fox, and then I turned around and was greeted by another guy named Brian Fox, as I started to look somewhat confused, another gentleman come out and introduced himself as Brian Fox..... LOL, this was a great way to break the tension that I was feeling after the horrible experience I had @ Hummels in des moines. I immediately laughed and knew this was going to be a great place to do business. That being said, from the very start I was treated with the respect and courtesy I was hoping for all along . Brian Fox, what a great experience you made for me, and helping me in understanding everything I needed to know in order to make the best choice for me. Pete Hinrichs, I want to thank you as well. I will never buy or deal with another dealership again, other than this one. I couldnt be more happy with my service and purchase.
