Nicole and Scott both did an excellent work in helping me purchase the car. I had looked about 2 months of ago at used car. Nicole was the salesperson answer my inquire. Nicole stayed in touch with me over the next several months. I received an email about 2 Altima cars. Nicole followed up again and told me there was only 2015 left. All this time we are discussing purchasing a car with my wife. I emailed Nicole that I was coming up and would be there around 2:30. When I pulled onto the lot there was Nicole (I had never seen her.) walking. She did know my trade in. She directed me up the parking area and then showed me the car and test drive. It is a great car and I loved it. I told her what I thought should have for my trade-in. In little while she came back with the offer and we traded. Scott was very helpful in selling me extended warranty to 100,000 miles. Thanks to everyone! Car was cleaned and full of gas when I left. More

Charged for Work not Completed. I had requested the following work but they wanted to do work that was not needed. I requested to have tires rotated, wipers changed, oil changed with I had requested the following work but they wanted to do work that was not needed. I requested to have tires rotated, wipers changed, oil changed with new filter and both air filters changed out. I picked up my vehicle only to have a bill for I had tires balanced and alignment, oil and air filters, wipers changed and 6,000 mile vehicle inspection. What and wow! I was upset with this cost. The next day, I found the front coil spring was broken, wipers not replaced, cabin air filter dirty and the water pump was leaking. Mitch Bomgaars was the service manager. He just looked stupid when I questioned why and did NOT take ownership or responsibility. Will not go back (of course) and will share this story with all my peers including BBB and Iowa Attorney General. More

He was so nice and so friendly and my crazy kid didn't irritate him as much as he did me. He helped me get the best deal for the Altima I got and I am happy with the car. I highly recommend that if anyone reading these reviews they go to Lithia Nissan of Ames and see Randy he is the best guy ever. He is willing to help you as much as he can while smiling the whole time. Doug was nice to me ever since I talked to him on the phone the day before and telling him what I was trying to do.
