Disappointed in Lithia Management Buyer beware. I purchased a 2006 Ford Escape for my son, the staff was very pleasant and easy to work with. Less than 48 hours after the purchase and Buyer beware. I purchased a 2006 Ford Escape for my son, the staff was very pleasant and easy to work with. Less than 48 hours after the purchase and with only 150 miles on the vehicle, the transmission failed. As of this writing, 2 1/2 days since one of many phone calls, texts and emails, STILL NO reply from management, as I was promised. The car was sold "as is" and although in understand the concept of this agreement, 48 hours in and a major malfunction plus no calls from management is inexcusable. More
