Unhappy job was not completed Dropped car off for oil change, tire rotation and asked them to check out the passenger window as it was making a grating sound upon closure. They called me at 1 pm to let me know my car was done- I had told them I would be there at 5 to pick it up. When I arrived at 5, I was told that they didn’t have time to look at the window and asked if I could bring it back next week., that the warranty period was getting close to being up. It is not easy to arrange for rides to pick me up and drop me off and I was upset that the job wasn’t done . I felt like they had the entire day to do the job and could have let me know when they called me that all of my concerns were not addressed and fixed. My time is valuable and I feel that I was just kind of brushed off. More

Jeff Calmed Me Down When I Panicked I washed my 370Z in a carwash and somehow got a 4 x 6 inch grease spot on the back of my shirt. When I got home, I saw the grease on my shirt and the I washed my 370Z in a carwash and somehow got a 4 x 6 inch grease spot on the back of my shirt. When I got home, I saw the grease on my shirt and then felt the grease on my car seat. I called Jeff. He calmed me down and told me to bring the car right in. I was pretty miserable at this moment. Jeff told me not to worry, which was hard to do. He selected a spray bottle and sprayed the spot on the seat, which he wiped. Jeff sprayed and wiped again, and this time the spot was smaller. He repeated this until the spot was gone. He then found a bottle to help treat the leather seat. He knew what to do. I will continue to put my trust in Jeff and the shop at Lithia of Ames every time! More
