They did not fix the squeal in my power seat when it adjusts because it didn’t squeal for them but they did replace a wiper blade for me- that was very nice! Very disorganized. We were handed off to a second salesperson who had no idea what arrangements had been made. Sales manager was not personable and avoided us. Car was not cleaned, fueled or ready, e salesperson who had no idea what arrangements had been made. Sales manager was not personable and avoided us. Car was not cleaned, fueled or ready, even though we had called in advance and told them we were coming to purchase. What should have been a quick process was (no financing) was drug out. We like the car, we like the price, the service will keep us from coming back. Let me say, Percy did a fantastic job to make up for the shortcomings of others and try to salvage our experience. More
