I was basically forced into purchasing aftermarket options on the vehicle (outside coating and interior protection). I did NOT WANT those things but was told ALL new vehicles from Honda of Ames were r options on the vehicle (outside coating and interior protection). I did NOT WANT those things but was told ALL new vehicles from Honda of Ames were required to have those things done prior to a sale. The price advertised on the website (of which I have a screen shot and the actual sales sticker) was different than the price I was charged! I filed a complaint with the Iowa Attorney General's office and BBB and am in the process of writing a letter to the editor of the Des Moines Register. This practice is deceitful! More

Thought I got a decent deal on a very low mileage vehicle with only the standard finance office shenanigans.
