Being out of state, I need to rely on Zac and the Dealership to be honest and thorough with their repairs. I know that the honesty was 100% because the factory ended up getting involved because it turned into a warranty/goodwill assistance repair. Nissan is very thorough and scrutinizes warranty repairs on older vehicles. If it was anything other than spot on, NISSAN would have rejected the claim. Working for a Dealership here in NY, I truly understand the importance of an honest non sugarcoated review. It’s how we earn our living and our reputation.
