The oil changes I have gotten with my oil change program have been good and the staff is always friendly. That being said, they do try to over sell you. I needed a new tire after blowing mine out. I already knew the tires (I knew I’d have to get two) would be more expensive here but I needed an oil change anyways and for convenience decided to just get the tires too. They tried to convince me that I had to buy four new tires in order to have an alignment done because my car is all wheel drive. I said no as my lease is almost up and I was not going to pay for four new tires that I would only get a few month use out of. They tried to tell me they couldn’t do the alignment and when it was clear I didn’t believe that they said they would “try.” Then the guy came back and told me they were able to do the alignment but I’d have a warning light on all the time because the tread on the front and back being uneven would set off a sensor. I said I didn’t care. This was all a couple months ago. No warning light ever appeared. More
