I had intermittent starting issues with my car. I told the service department that when I had it towed there. Sometimes its starts and sometimes it doesn't. In two weeks that Lithia Hyundai had my car they started it one time and never touched it again. They told me the car was fine, knowing that they never tried to troubleshoot the issue. I loaded my car on a trailer and as soon as I got home the car wouldn't start. I brought it to a local mechanic and he found a faulty starter. He was able to find it because he took the time to follow up. He didn't just try to start it once. He checked it several times a day. I'll never waste my time at Lithia Hyundai again. More

Service person, Michelle, does not communicate well or I was misled on my warranty coverage. She first stated that she needed a phone number for the extended warranty after I had stated on at least three di was misled on my warranty coverage. Then she stated that my repair was maintenance and the warranty would not cover it. I asked her for the warranty company’s phone number. She eventually gave it to me, but not until she had submitted a claim—which leads me to believe the initial call never happened. After she gave me the phone number she let me know that the warranty was covering all but my deductible and the recharge on the ac coolant. Very suspicious sequence of events....🤦♀️ More
