Thank you Kao, we do love our new SantaFe! It was a holiday, and the staffing seemed more than adequate, but we were there all day. Part of the delay was the detailing of the car. I don't know if their staffing in that department was sufficient, but that the length of time to wait for the detailing was too long, and then the car was NOT clean, so I had to return and have it detailed again. That is the only thing that I am NOT impressed with. I am very impressed with your sales staff, finance department and your receptionist. They are all very customer orientated, and took very good care of us. Thank you! They also made sure I got the car detailed properly, even though I had to take time out of my schedule to get it handled. More
