The salesman that was helping me threw a fit when I said I still had other cars to possibly consider. I was taken back by his behavior. In addition, not all of my questions that I had asked were answered for he did not know the answer. Mind you, these were simple questions I was asking regarding the car I was wanting to purchase. Also, I was extremely interested in purchasing a veloster turbo with a sunroof but every time I brought up the possibility of ordering one or finding a dealership who had the vehicle, they changed the subject. It seemed to me as though they did not want to go through the trouble of finding me the vehicle I wanted for it would not give them a sale off of their lot. Second occurrence was when I went back into Lithia to pick up the rental I was promised while my car was being maintenanced. The manager on duty was extremely unprofessional and rude. He told me to go to the receptionist and tell her to make copies for him. I'm sorry but that is not my job, that is his job. In addition to his poor attitude, he made sure to make it very clear that when I drop off the rental, to drop it off in the front of the dealership and walk all the way back to the service department to pick up my car. The third occurrence was receiving a call from a Hyundai employee in regards to my original survey that I sent it. He called me concerned as to why I left such a poorly graded survey yet when I left him a message, he never responded. I'm thouroughly unhappy with Lithia Hyundai of Fresno, and regret purchasing from this dealership. More

We preferred a Hyundai, since I was familiar with the brand through a previous driving job with a car rental company. I found one I liked on the internet, sent some basic information though the computer and received an invitation to visit the dealership and get answers to some of my questions. Went in that afternoon, test drove the new unit, got the "blessing" of the spouse that night, purchased next day..nice car.... More
