Service has always been as advertised. I think we are on our 4th vehicle from Hyundia and we definitely wouldn't still be doing business there if we weren't totally satisfied. It’s funny I got this survey the same day that I tried for 6 hours to get through to the service dept. My vehicle is undriveable and I needed to have it towed in. Eventually had to call sales to talk to a for 6 hours to get through to the service dept. My vehicle is undriveable and I needed to have it towed in. Eventually had to call sales to talk to a human. Finally talked to service who asked if I had an appointment, which is funny—how can you make an appointment with a department that doesn’t answer the phone or return messages (unless I call and complain to the sales department). Also funny because the last two times I had an “appointment”, it still took 3+ hours for simple things like tire changeovers and oil changes. I don’t know if the service department is understaffed or poorly managed or both, but I’ve never had so many poor experiences at one mechanic. More
