My car developed an oil leak the day after getting the oil changed back in November. I brought it in a week later only to be told the oil change couldn’t have caused the leak and that they didn’t have the oil changed back in November. I paid $200 to have the part express shipped and have yet to hear back from anyone. This has been the absolute worst customer service i have ever recieved. A month after paying the $200 (beginning of a December) my husband had to physically walk in, because neither of us could get a phone call back, to find out the part was actually in. They gave him a card with a number to call to schedule the repair. We have both called and left messages the last month trying to schedule and have yet to get a call back. So for two months i have been trying to schedule a repair and have not been able to. It’s completely ridiculous that I have already paid $200 towards this repair that I was told would be done in November and can not get anyone to call back and my husband got the run around when he walked in and spoke directly with someone. More
We have had our 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe serviced at Lithia Hyundai since we bought it and couldn’t be happier with the staff and quality of service. It is the reason we think it will last forever.
