My 2020 Kona broke down with less than 13k miles on it. Repairs covered under warranty thank god but this dealership has ZERO communication. My car has been there for 30 days (was towed in on 2/9) and they have contacted me a total of 0 times with updates. They have had the same message about phone problems for almost a year. I stopped in and saw my car physically being worked on last friday 2/25. The service manager said it would be done by monday 2/28. After not receiving any word on the status of my car I stopped in today 3/5 to see what was up. The lady working couldn't find the paperwork, had no clue what the status of my car repair is, and couldn't contact anyone to get me an update. Very poor customer communication. I feel like I'm being lied to which is disheartening because we love our car (when it works). I'd love to keep a good relationship with the Lithia service team but currently am beyond frustrated with their lack of communication. I guess the only course of action left to take is to talk to a lawyer. More
