It is sometimes really hard to get to talk to someone in your vehicle repair section. I have been just driving over to make appt. I was having an oil change and tires rotated, I have lifetime oil change and I purchase my tires from you so the rotating is free. The young man told me not that he knew of a quoted a price to have them rotated. When I showed up it was in fact free. A cheat sheet or training for the person helping the scheduling/repair might be beneficial to everyone. Miss the older gentlemen with beard that had been with you awhile in the service department he had great customer service skills. More

I always get a service appointment within a week of requesting one; my wife waits months for her Mercedes appointments. I wait during service because I know they’ll be efficient. I was in for a scheduled appointment for an oil change and tire change. As I checked in the man at the service counter said it would take 1 hour 15 minutes. 3 employees were standing there joking with on and tire change. As I checked in the man at the service counter said it would take 1 hour 15 minutes. 3 employees were standing there joking with one another and I had to wait until they finished their joking before they acknowledged me. Would I like to wait or leave the vehicle? I told him I would wait. 1 1/2 hours later I asked the woman at the counter how things were going. She walked back to the garage and then reported it would be 30 more minutes. 3 hours after I had checked in a man came to me in the waiting area and apologized for my long wait. I expressed my dissatisfaction and he compted the tire change. 15 minutes later he came back with my keys and I was on my way - 3 1/4 hours after I. arrived. This is not acceptable. Employees should have been upfront and accurate about my wait or said nothing at all. I have a lifetime oil change contract. Only because I have that will I return. More
I have used the Dealership for six years and they are good. However as my car ages, I don’t feel I’m getting the proper maintenance that my car needs. I have mentioned the engine light several times and 10 miles after my oil change last week the Engine light come on again. I have a tire pressure gauge light that I paid to have replaced and it’s never gone out. I’ve had a headlamp replaced and I am of the understanding that all my lights are in place yet my light caution light is on still. I bought my car new so that I would not have these problems I bring it in ever 6 months so I will not have these problems. Yet I now have these concerns even when paying to have repairs done More
