It is impossible to call the service department for an appointment, and when you get an appointment it so long away. I scheduled an appointment 3 weeks out and did not show up on time, and was told I had appointment, and when you get an appointment it so long away. I have been to their service desk a couple of times and they seem to be behind in their work. I had an appointment the first time and wasn’t check in until walk in were taken care of. The service personnel they seem to be behind in their work. I had an appointment the first time and wasn’t check in until walk in were taken care of. The service personnel should ask if anyone has an appointment before taking walk ins. The 2nd appointment was rather quick because a part has to be ordered, as it appears to be a manufacturer defect or QC did not catch the issue. There is also an active recall to tow hitch, but the fix is not really a fix, but a quick remedy that requires more visits. Come up with a solution and stop stringing owners along or you start losing customers. More
