The service and sales department are both wonderful. Blake arranged my vehicle for me during my quarantine with Covid. That in itself was amazing. And on top of that 2years later he still remembers my name and addresses me by name when he sees me and he's not busy. You are truly appreciated. The contact I have had with the service department is equally experienced as the sales. Kevin's has been excellent in keeping me on track with any concerns and questions I may have regarding current and future service my vehicle may need and in giving me options and choices. However I am owed a detail and when you are able to fill that position I would appreciate getting this completed also. I have recommended your company to my friends and coworkers. Keep up the excellent customer service. And I do truly thank you for the call backs when my call has to be rerouted to the parts department. They ate always patient and listen so they can serve me or get me to the correct person whom can address my needs. My experience has been uncomplicated. Almost every time I call your service department no one answers the phone and when I leave a message no one ever calls me back,in order to make an appointment for anything I have to drive all the way t one answers the phone and when I leave a message no one ever calls me back,in order to make an appointment for anything I have to drive all the way to your store just to make an appointment and I understand that you are very busy so that being said the waiting time for an appointment is almost a month away and I feel if I bought a new vehicle and bought new studded tires I should not need to pay for tire change over.
