I discovered the issue with my door in April 2022. (Defect from factory)I kept calling for an appointment with no one answering the phone. I finally got in my car (after a few days) and came in person (Defect from factory)I kept calling for an appointment with no one answering the phone. I finally got in my car (after a few days) and came in person to make the appointment. I was totally ignored, not even acknowledged that I was standing there. Finally someone scheduled me an appointment weeks later. This was the end of May. I was told I would be called with an appointment when the part was received. I never heard anything so after more than 2 months I called the dealership. I got an appointment. When I brought it in I was told there was no record of my vehicle. If I had not brought my service information from the first visit I guess my car didn't exist to your dealership where I bought the car and paid cash. When I left my car I was told it would be ready that same day. It was not and no one called to apprise me of the situation. I tried to call and got no response. My car was ready on Thursday. My son picked up the car and was handed the key. No explanation. To say I am deeply unhappy with my experience with the dealership is an understatement. More

Try to call and make an appointment and make an appointment online for almost 6 months never got through. So we just went inside and made an appointment within 5 minutes. Mixed feelings regarding the service station. On the positive side, staff are approachable and professional. Ive had two appointments for oil changes and one took 25-min and the other 1-hr; reasonable wait times in my mind. One feels that they are being taken care of; a hallmark of excellent service. On the negative side, as part of the oil change service, fluid levels are to be looked at and topped off; in both cases my car’s engine coolant level was below the minimum threshold and were not topped off. In both cases I specifically asked for it to be addressed prior to dropping the car off and was assured it would be. Upon picking up the car I asked if it had been addressed and was told it was. Because it was not, this reflects very poorly on the service dept’s integrity. It calls into question whether they can be trusted with more substantive repairs when the time comes for that. More
