I had to call them at least 10 times on the phone to setup for a yearly oil change. The system just kept me on hold for hours. I just started calling any number to talk to someone. I did get someone in setup for a yearly oil change. The system just kept me on hold for hours. I just started calling any number to talk to someone. I did get someone in part but he couldn't get thou too. He said that he would leave a message. Another week passed with no call back!! I finally went into the shop that was able to get a oil change. My car showed me that, I was at a negative 8 days or more late for my oil change. Them when I went in for my oil change no one was there to get me check in me. I was very upset with overall service. I am very sorry for how I feel. I just want good service that is the very reason why I picked your dealership More

The service itself was quick, the problem was getting an appointment. I called four separate times. Each call went to a message machine. I left four messages asking for a call back to set an appointment. I then texted twice asking for a call back. NO ONE EVER RETURNED MY CALLS. I ended up calling the franchise manager and he set my appointment. If the work needed was not a dealer required computer update, I would have gone somewhere else. This is the second time I have had issues with service department not returning calls and I have only owned my Hyundai since May. Because of the lack of service, and respect, from the service department, my next vehicle will not be a Hyundai. More
