After reading the reviews online I was a little skeptical about what I might experience when I took my car in for service. I was impressed with the representative who took my information and assisted me with about what I might experience when I took my car in for service. I was disappointed that the appointment was actually for a recall notice and not for routine service However they did manage to change the oil that was needed. I will have to make another appointment for other routine service checks. The representative who checked me out impressed me by addressing me by my name when he was not even there representative who greeted me when I came in to drop the vehicle off. I was completely satisfied with the service I received. More

They diagnosed my car, but two different service people could not agree on the issue. They finally did and I authorized repair and they said the parts needed ordered. They took good care of me after finding the crack in my oil pan. they got part ordered right away and found a loaner car for me to use.
