Almost every time I call your service department no one answers the phone and when I leave a message no one ever calls me back,in order to make an appointment for anything I have to drive all the way t one answers the phone and when I leave a message no one ever calls me back,in order to make an appointment for anything I have to drive all the way to your store just to make an appointment and I understand that you are very busy so that being said the waiting time for an appointment is almost a month away and I feel if I bought a new vehicle and bought new studded tires I should not need to pay for tire change over. Nathan did an excellent job in helping me find a vehicle that was suitable for what I was looking for. He didn't try to up sell me a car I didn't need or want. The dude at the counter went to the bathroom for over 30 minutes. I waited with my 4 year old and then had to have him paged. Then when I went back he told me I needed to wait since they were understaffed. minutes. I waited with my 4 year old and then had to have him paged. So waited for another 20 minutes for him to give me my keys and to get out of there. I would use another Hyundai if I could because that dude was all about excuses as to why he couldn’t get me in and out. I was the only one in the waiting area both times. More
