They only had one bay area for oil changes, a vehicle already there and only one bay door was functioning which created delays. To my surprise he returned it a half hour later. That was great in my opinion. I always bring my car to this location since I've owned 2 Hyundais because of their Service Dept. and great cars too. More

I bought an oil warranty with my vehicle from another dealership. I believe I started taking my vehicle there in 2012. They have consistently serviced my ford sport trac and I’m a satisfied customer. I always drop it off in the morning and they provide an Uber ride to get me to work and they pick me up at the end of the day to take me back to the dealership to get my vehicle. That makes it easier for me to get regular oil changes done without missing any work. More
It was impossible to call in and get someone to answer phone. Cost over $300 once I got in they told me they would need my car all day so I rented a car. I also had to rent a room because I had traveled 200 miles from home in winter conditions. The next morning I went to check on my car and the paperwork had been lost so nothing was done. I had to rent the car a second day. I had my 8 year old grandson with me so it made for a pretty miserable experience, sorry to say. The service workers were polite, but the whole trip was frustrating and expensive for what I was told would be a quick recall. More
