I have been to their service desk a couple of times and they seem to be behind in their work. I had an appointment the first time and wasn’t check in until walk in were taken care of. The service personnel should ask if anyone has an appointment before taking walk ins. The 2nd appointment was rather quick because a part has to be ordered, as it appears to be a manufacturer defect or QC did not catch the issue. There is also an active recall to tow hitch, but the fix is not really a fix, but a quick remedy that requires more visits. Come up with a solution and stop stringing owners along or you start losing customers. More

Dropped off my Tucson for a hum from front end and a bad shimmy when brakes are applied. They had it for 5 days - new calipers they said - 701.00 for parts n labor. Then they took a day bleeding brakes and shimmy when brakes are applied. They had it for 5 days - new calipers they said - 701.00 for parts n labor. The service center is great but trying to get a hold of them is another story. Every time I call, no one answers and no one returns my voicemail. It’s very inconvenient. Quite pleased with the service received this go-round. The service visit was due to concerns about the coolant level dropping and my perceived loss of heat blasting thru the vents. The technician review The service visit was due to concerns about the coolant level dropping and my perceived loss of heat blasting thru the vents. The technician reviewed both my and another same model vehicle to verify that thermostat setting around 75-degrees has rather lukewarm air rather than heat. There is warmer air at higher temp settings though so Im satisfied. Coolant pressure level test was performed and no anomalies found. The service advisor conferred these findings to me over the phone and upon vehicle pick-up. I appreciate the service dept’s determination to get to the bottom of my concerns. Thank you! More
