We received repeated recall notices, but getting someone to answer the phone or return a message was extremely difficult. After finally getting through, we made an appointment in conjunction with an oi to answer the phone or return a message was extremely difficult. After finally getting through, we made an appointment in conjunction with an oil change, but after the oil change was completed we were told we would have to make another appointment because the part required for the recall work wasn’t in and the service department had to order it. So we made an appointment a month out. On the second visit, I were asked if the part was in. I repeat, upon bringing the vehicle to the service center one month later (because that was the soonest we could get in) the service center asked me if the needed part was in. I answered that I don’t know as it was the service center’s responsibility to order the part, seeing as how the service center said they would do so and had me set an appointment a month later to get the part for the recall work to be done. The part was NOT in, so another appointment was made with the advisement that it would take a few hours. When dropping off the car in the morning for this third appointment, we were told it was unlikely that we would get the car back that day, and because it was Friday, we probably wouldn’t get it back until Monday. We had to arrange a ride home. Thankfully, we were called on Saturday that the car was ready. I will say that the people we dealt with were friendly and apologetic, but if it wasn’t for the lifetime oil change we purchased with the car, I would be very hesitant to return. More
