I got my oil changed back in September/October 2022. While driving home from Anchorage to Anchor point my car was leaking oil. The person who did the oil changed didn't tighten the oil filter. Since we had the car serviced its making a strange noise when in park and dies. It's also running rough while driving. We've had no prior issues until we took the car in for service. More

Quality of service has really gone down here. I’ve been a customer for 4 years and it’s impossible to reach anyone by phone.
