This visit was the third time to correct oil leak issues following an oil change last month. I normally call to make my oil change appt but this time I had to go in person to make an appt after leaving messages and not getting a reply. I still saw that fluid checks were not done and it’s something I had to go in person to make an appt after leaving messages and not getting a reply. I still saw that fluid checks were not done and it’s something I have discussed about it a couple of times. I have the lifetime warranty and it stipulates that they will be done. I love that my Sonata is still working fine and might even consider getting a newer model but I have noticed that the facility is getting runned down and totally understand that staffing issues are a problem but it felt good to come into the service room and things looked welcoming and professional the last couple of years or so. More
