It took 3 phone calls and 4 text messages between June3rd and June 5th to schedule an appointment for an oil change. Service (oil changes) have been pretty fast and reps are professional. Lithia however lied about the blue book value of the car I purchased and the salesmen really f#&@ked me! Unfortunately it was not the best experience. Everyone is always very nice there I have never had a problem with that. But I dropped my car off at 7:30am before work for a 1:00pm appointment. I came back at 4:15 to pick up my car up and they said it hadn't even been brought into the shop yet. I then had to sit and wait for over an hour to get my car done. My frustration was that I never received an update with how delayed my car was for that appointment. Had I known I would not have had my ride drop me off then. I understand days are busy and with short staffed days timing can be off but it was 10 hours later my car was done without any notification. This was also after it was incredibly hard to get ahold of the dealership to make an appointment in the first place. Their online scheduler wasn’t working, and their phone number listed also wasn’t working. It said to text them but I took weeks to finally get ahold of someone just to get something on the books. More
