Horrible service, no call backs, no response to emails by Gen. Manager. My vehicle has been in your shop 9 of past 10 months. Engine was damaged in shop and I’m told it should be replaced “next week”. Most horrendous customer service I have ever dealt with. No loaner car. Had to go in-person more than once to check status. Last visit was very contentious. Was told on 8/15/23 that new engine would arrive in 7 days. That was 6 weeks ago. “Next week”…. I have no confidence in their service Dept now and feel like I need to consult an attorney at this point. They owe me money for Loss-of-use and insurance costs just for sitting on their lot! Shameful. More

I bought a new car so im expecting everything is ok because it's new but the keys were not complete. I have to wait for a new spare of key then i need to come back to reprogram the keys it was so inconvenient in my part. I am hoping this would not happen again in the future. More

I like my dealer for the most part. I found the person that made my appointment a bit off putting. I walked in the service department to make that appointment. In for oil change and tire rotation. Success in getting convenient appointment, waited, and got call for in-time completion. But they couldn't find my fob at desk.
