The lack of communication makes me want to not come back. They don’t answer phone or text. Had to call another department to get ahold of someone. And they didn’t even look at my car, did not reach out to me They don’t answer phone or text. Had to call another department to get ahold of someone. And they didn’t even look at my car, did not reach out to me until an hour before closing on a Friday. Kept my car and gave me a loaner. When you can speak to someone the staff is very friendly. But scheduling service is sooooo inconvenient. More

I've never had such a terrible ordeal getting a caf repaired. It took 2 months for them to tell us we need a new engine, 3 more months and tons of phone calls to the dealership, warranty company, and H repaired. It took 2 months for them to tell us we need a new engine, 3 more months and tons of phone calls to the dealership, warranty company, and Hyundai corporate to finally give up and ask for them to buy the car back. The original dealership we had bought it from towed it back and had it repaired quickly (turns out it only needed a turbo, not an entire engine), until it had to go back to Hyundai for an airbag light that could only be fixed at a Hyundai Dealership. What was supposed to be a few days turnaround took weeks (not a surprise). We finally got our car back almost 7 months after it broke down. Lithia Chevrolet of Wasilla was awesome, but avoid Anchorage Hyundai like a plague. More

Horrible communication, I have never had such a horrible experience with a dealership. Kevin was okay but hardly returned my calls. The staff are friendly and provide great customer service, at the dealership. One area that needs big improvement is making contact via phone and/or text messages. I never receive a call back and/or text message when trying to make an appointment and have questions. It takes multiple tries to finally get through by phone This is extremely frustrating. Being told, “oh yeah, we were very busy” does not cut it and makes me think twice about bringing my car elsewhere for service; which I’d rather not. Improve this area and I would not hesitate to score 5 stars. More
