Awful customer service, no one ever answers the phone, no one returns voicemails, if you're in the lobby waiting for someone to talk to they won't acknowledge you or let you know they'll be with you shortly, one returns voicemails, if you're in the lobby waiting for someone to talk to they won't acknowledge you or let you know they'll be with you shortly, even if they're standing right behind the counter. The service tech looked at me like I was dumb when I tried to explain what was going on with my vehicle and had barely any availability to try to work with me to get me in.
