Regaining my trust will include communication and still we havent heard about the status of the car. If you have a cell phone that receives texts, then you also have a device to make phone calls. Btw we already sent about 3 texts and they have gone unanswered. Even sent a couple emails. The only response we receive was from Blayke telling us its not his problem the dealership sold us a car with a bad engine and then said “we wont buy back the car because it has a bad engine. You should have bought the warranty” Your dealership has screwed my son out of $11000. The only redeeming thing is you personally told my son that there is a 60 day warranty on all used vehicles, so this repair is covered. Thats something the sales department never mentioned either. The GM dodges my calls also. You would think that if a dealership is being bashed as much as Lithia is on social media, the GM would care about it.
