I got my oil changed back in September/October 2022. While driving home from Anchorage to Anchor point my car was leaking oil. The person who did the oil changed didn't tighten the oil filter. Since we had the car serviced its making a strange noise when in park and dies. It's also running rough while driving. We've had no prior issues until we took the car in for service. More

Quality of service has really gone down here. I’ve been a customer for 4 years and it’s impossible to reach anyone by phone. I had the word service experience. I scheduled the appointment to wait at the dealership for my car. When I arrived, I was told I couldn’t because it wouldn’t take all day. I live in eagle river so I was stranded in anchorage for 8.5 hours for a tire change and whelk alignment. They did not do the recalls or change the air filter as I had asked so I need to go back. Joshua was rude and insensitive. He lost track of time, so that my vehicle took even longer and had it worked on last even though it was not the last car to be brought in. I called the dealership to talk about this experience with the manager and I have not heard back from him yet. More
