In for oil change and tire rotation. Success in getting convenient appointment, waited, and got call for in-time completion. But they couldn't find my fob at desk. Turned out still on rack awaiting further word from front desk on possible additional service. Pretty disorganized More

Unable to open my doors without paying 5000. 00 is absolutely ridiculous. Then I get home and notice my car has a massive scratch that was not there before and still no response from Service Mana 00 is absolutely ridiculous. Then I get home and notice my car has a massive scratch that was not there before and still no response from Service Manager. Not happy with Service center right now at all. But Kevin is always great and tries his best. The rest are in need of serious training. More
