I have one primary complaint: Customer cannot call and talk to someone before making a service appointment. So, customer can't ask questions or clarify/get advice on service needs. Related to that, staff seems so busy that I find myself standing in front of a service rep (or parts rep) while they spend five or even 10 minutes working on something else and not talking to me.
