I can't believe the GM lets his departments get away with the lack of customer service. My son's car was purchased at the end of July. It has been in the shop since 2 days after buying it. They sold us a car with a bad engine in it, they refuse to take it back and they were sneaky enough to cover their butts so they couldn't be sued. It is now April and the service depart is still lacking any communication. Every time we call, they keep saying they will call us back but never do. More

My appointment had to be rescheduled because the first time I had scheduled it and dropped my car off they didn’t do the work because they “couldn’t find the appointment in the system.” The service depart time I had scheduled it and dropped my car off they didn’t do the work because they “couldn’t find the appointment in the system.” The service department has had multiple issues for me not being open on time to drop off my car so I can go to work. Also when I got a text from the service liaison that said to text if I needed anything else, they didn’t do the service I requested by text, and the car wasn’t ready when I came it pick it up. I loved the service I received from the sales department unfortunately that hasn’t translated to their service department. More
